Strawflowers are among the most distinctive flowers grown at White Brick Flower Farm. Their papery petals hold their shape and color long after harvest, allowing the beauty of the summer garden to extend well beyond the growing season. Throughout the warmest months of the year, strawflowers fill the cutting garden with shades of apricot, cream, blush, berry, and gold. Freshly harvested, they bring texture and warmth to seasonal bouquets. Dried, they become the foundation of our wreaths, arrangements, and preserved collections. Few flowers bridge the garden and the studio as naturally as strawflowers. Their ability to capture a season and carry it forward makes them one of the defining flowers of White Brick Flower Farm.
